Sheet Cake

Dream Muffin Mix Vanilla

Recipe:

1000g Dream Muffin Mix Vanilla
300g Eggs
400g Water
300g Oil

Topping

100g Tutti Frutti
50g Cashew nuts
50g Almond
50g Raisins
50g Dates

Method

  • Mix all together using a whisk attachment
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed
  • Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed
  • Scale 400g batter in 18 x 18 x 5cm trays
  • Top each tray with 75g of topping
  • Bake at 180°C for 30-35 mins in a deck oven, or 160°C in a rotary oven
