Dream Muffin Mix Choco Egg Free

Recipe:

1000g Dream Muffin Mix Egg Free Choco
350g Water
300g Oil

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together using a paddle attachment
  • Mix for 1 minute on slow speed
  • Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed
  • Scale 80g batter in 8 x 5.5cm muffin moulds
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 – 30 minutes in a deck oven, or 160°C in a rotary oven
