Ready to use mix, for the preparation of a variety of egg free confectionery applications such as muffins, cakes, pies, soft waffles, etc. It offers excellent volume, rich colour and uniform texture.

How to use recipe

Ingredients:
100g Dream Muffin Mix Egg Free Choco
500g Water
300g Oil

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, using a paddle
  • Slow speed for 1 minute and 4 to 5 minutes on medium speed
  • Once done pour it in the muffin container (6 x 3cm weigh 50g each)
  • Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 15 to 20 minutes
  • 140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Once baked, demould it from the muffin container and allow it to cool down
