Recipe
1000g Dream Muffin Mix Egg Free Vanilla
500g Water
350g Oil

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together with whisk attachment until smooth.
  • Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed
  • Do not over mix
  • Set the batter aside for 15-20 mins at a room temperature
  • Pour 50g batter in the waffle machine and cook at 200°C for 10-12 mins
