Crispy Top Brownie

Brownie Mix Egg Free

Recipe:

1000g Brownie Mix Egg Free
200g Water
80g Melted Butter
80g Oil
150g Melted Dark Chocolate

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together except melted dark chocolate using a paddle attachment
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed
  • Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed by addition of melted chocolate
  • Scale 1500g batter in 40 x 20 x 5cm mould
  • Bake at 170°C for 30-40 minutes in a deck oven, or 160°C in a rotary oven

Portion

  • 5 x 5cm per pcs = 24 portions of Crispy Top Brownie
