Choco Lava Cake

Recipe:

1000g Biscamix Sponge Egg Free Choco
1000g Water
300g Dark
250g Oil

Recipe Topping: (White Chocolate Ganache)

500g White Chocolate
300g Low Fat Cream
25g Unsalted butter

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together Biscamix Sponge Egg free chocolate, water, melted chocolate and oil
  • Divide the batter 60 g into the prepared 4.5 x 6.5 x 4.5cm moulds
  • Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes in a deck oven, or 106°C in a rotary oven
  • Fold in the almond powder, chopped dark chocolate and melted butter at last
