Unsalted butter
Method:
In a mixing bowl whisk together Biscamix Sponge Egg free chocolate, water, melted chocolate and oil
Divide the batter 60 g into the prepared 4.5 x 6.5 x 4.5cm moulds
Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes in a deck oven, or 106°C in a rotary oven
Fold in the almond powder, chopped dark chocolate and melted butter at last
