Chewy Brownie

Brownie Mix Egg Free

Recipe:

1000g Brownie Mix Egg Free
300g Water
100g Melted Butter
150g Oil

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together using a paddle attachment
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed
  • Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed
  • Scale 1550g batter in 40 x 20 x 5cm mould
  • Bake at 170°C for 35-45 minutes in a deck oven, or at 160°C in a rotary oven

Portion

  • 5 x 5cm per pcs = 24 portions of Chewy Brownie
