Dream Muffin Mix Choco

Presta Chocolate filling

Paletta Excellent Pineapple Orange

Recipe:

1000g Dream Muffin Mix Choco
200g Water
200g Fresh eggs
200g Fresh oil

Filling 1:

200g Paletta excellent pineapple orange

Filling 2:

500g Presta creamfill chocolate

Covering:

500g Compound Chocolate (Dark)

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl using a paddle attachment
  • Slow speed for 1 minute and 4 to 5 minutes on medium speed
  • Put the batter in a piping bag with plan round nozzle
  • Pipe the batter of macaroon size (20g) on silicon mate
  • Bake it at 160 to 170°C for 7 to 8 minutes
  • Once baked well, cool it down completely

Application Process:

  • Place the woopee upside down
  • Place pop sticks in center
  • Pipe Presta chocolate filling on side and center fill the another filling Paletta Excellent pineapple orange
  • Place another woopie pie on top
  • Refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours
  • For garnish, dip it completely in any melted plain chocolate

  • 40 pieces of 70gm each
