Ready to use mix, for the preparation of the perfect sponge cake and sheet cake. It offers excellent strength, good volume with good syrup holding capacity. Right note of vanilla makes the sponge easy to combine with other flavours.

How to use recipe

Ingredients:
1000g Biscamix Sponge Egg Free Vanilla
500g Water
50g Oil

Method

  • Mix Biscamix and water in a mixing bowl, using a whisk
  • Slow speed for 1 minute and 3 to 4 minutes on high speed
  • Add oil and mix for 1 minute in slow speed
  • Once done pour it in the sponge container (15cm weigh 250g each in)
  • Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Once baked, demould from the container, and allow it to cool down
