Carlex TW

The Carlex TW release agents has specific properties. They are highly suitable for products with a long shelf life due to the excellent resistance against polymerisation. This prevents perforated trays from clogging up. The combination of special oils and waxes also has a positive effect on the condition of special coatings such as silicon and Teflon. This extends the life time of your tins and trays.

Usage : for easy to release bread, rolls and confectionery when using perforated trays

Usage : for confectionery with a high sugar content and a long shelf life
  for the conditioning of special coating such as silicon and Teflon
