Ready to use mix, for the preparation of the perfect sponge cake and sheet cake. It offers excellent strength, good volume with good syrup holding capacity, excellent fresh colour inside and a perfectly flat top.

How to use recipe

Ingredients:
1000g Biscamix Sponge Vanilla
600g Eggs
150g Water
50g Oil

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, using a whisk
  • Slow speed for 1 minute and 3 to 4 minutes on high speed
  • Once done pour it in the sponge container (15cm weigh 250g each)
  • Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • 140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Once baked, demould it from the container and allow it to cool down
