Ready to use mix, for the preparation of a perfect sponge cake and sheet cake. It offers excellent strength, good volume with good syrup holding capacity and rich chocolate flavour.

How to use recipe

Ingredients:
100g Biscamix Sponge Egg Free Choco
520g Water
60g Oil

Method

  • Mix Biscamix and water in a mixing bowl, using a paddle
  • Slow speed for 1 minute and 3 to 4 minutes on medium speed
  • Add oil and mix for 1 minute in slow speed
  • Once done pour it in the sponge container (15cm weigh 250g each)
  • Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • 140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Once baked, demould it from the container and allow it to cool down
