How to use recipe

Ingredients:
100g Biscamix Sponge Choco
500g Eggs
240g Water
50g Oil

Method

  • Mix Biscamix, eggs and water (all ingredients) in a mixing bowl, using a paddle
  • Slow speed for 1 minute and 3 to 4 minutes on medium speed
  • Add oil and mix for 1 minute in slow speed
  • Once done pour it in the sponge container (15cm weigh 250g each in)
  • Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Once baked, demould it from the container and allow it to cool down
